The humanitarian situation in Port-au-Prince remains dire due to ongoing violence by armed gangs, leading to displacement and heightened risks of violence against women and girls. A UNFPA-supported hospital in Cité Soleil was attacked and partially burned, causing a suspension of GBV and SRH services.

UNFPA's priorities include strengthening frontline responders and health practitioners to provide SRH services, collaborating with local partners to address GBV, and enhancing overall coordination. UNFPA is also closely engaged with the humanitarian community regarding access negotiations, security, and logistics. In the reporting period, UNFPA supported 23 mobile clinics, supplied 26 health facilities with post-rape treatment kits, and provided cash and voucher assistance to 500 women and girls for basic needs.
