Call for Nomination for Experts to Serve on the Technical Working Group on Specifications of Contraceptive Devices and Personal Lubricants

The WHO/UNFPA Prequalification programme seeks to establish an informal technical working group on specifications of contraceptive devices and personal lubricants to advise the World Health Organisation Expert Committee on Specifications for Pharmaceutical Preparations (ECSPP) on contraceptive device guidance documents.

The WHO ECSPP provides oversight for the development and review of guidelines relating to the quality assurance of medicines and health products. These guidelines are utilized by various WHO Prequalification programmes and relevant stakeholders. More information on the WHO ECSPP can be found here.

Proposals for nominations should be sent by email to with a Curriculum Vitae, an indication of relevant expertise, and a completed declaration of interest form. 

Only complete nominations received by Monday, 31 July 2021 will be considered.
