UNFPA Refugee Response in Armenia: Situation Report #3 - 01 November 2023

As of October 20th, 101,848 refugees have been registered. Over half of them are women and girls. UNFPA estimates that 2,070 women are currently pregnant, and 1,380 will give birth within the next 6 months.

UNFPA distributed 5,680 dignity kits and is supporting two safe spaces for women and girls to access reproductive health care and other specialized support. UNFPA is also supporting the training of healthcare providers, including doctors, midwives, and nurses.
