The Path to Equality for Women and Young Persons With Disabilities: Realizing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and Ending Gender-Based Violence is an ENGAGE multimedia presentation that describes the necessary policy changes and investments needed for women and young persons with disabilities to fully realize their sexual and reproductive health and rights and be protected from gender-based violence.

The presentation was developed with support from the We Decide Program and the guidance of a global technical advisory group chaired by UNFPA and Population Reference Bureau, and with researchers, advocates, and representatives from UN agencies, universities, and disabled persons organizations and its supporting materials are tools for professionals involved in promoting the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as those engaged in fields of sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender-based violence prevention and response, disability rights, and gender equality at all levels—in academic, policy, service delivery, and community settings. The target audiences for this presentation include national and subnational policymakers, regional governing bodies, donors, health care providers, law enforcement, the judicial system, and civil society organizations.
