The Programme Analyst of Gender Based Violence and Comprehensive Sexuality Education substantively contributes to the effective management of UNFPA activities of both GBV and Adolescents and Youth (Comprehensive Sexuality Education) Outputs of the CPD and transversal strategies and activities. She/he analyses and assesses relevant political, social and economic trends and provides substantive inputs for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of the Country Programme, annual work plans, joint programming initiatives and national development frameworks. The Programme Analyst guides and facilitates the delivery of UNFPA's programmes by providing technical assistance and monitoring results achieved during implementation. She/he ensures and guides the appropriate application of systems and procedures and develops enhancements if necessary.

Education:

Master degree in Gender, Gender Based Violence, Comprehensive Sexuality Education/or other related social science field.

Knowledge and Experience:

At least 5 years of work experience and relevant professional experience in the field of Gender Based Violence or Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE).

Professional experience in programme/ project management.

Working experience with international cooperation (desirable).
