The Evaluation Office is launching a RFQ for the elaboration of an Evaluation Capacity Development Strategy.
The deadline for submission of proposals is June 9, 15.00 Copenhagen time (GMT 2.00).
UNFPA requires the provision of research and analytical support to the Evaluation Capacity Development (ECD) strategy process, including literature review, analysis of the collected tools and guidance repository, finalisation of the Theory of Change (ToC), and elaboration of a draft ECD strategy.
