Resource date: Jun 2021

Author: UNFPA and Women Enabled International

This checklist is intended to provide guidance on how to ensure the provision of rights-based and gender- and disability responsive SRH for women and girls with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic and other emergencies. It should also be used as a tool to guide recovery efforts from the COVID-19 pandemic, so as to ensure that rights at the intersection of gender and disability are respected, protected, and fulfilled as part of that recovery.

This information has been made available in Easy Read. The Easy Read version is entitled ‘Making sure that people with disabilities get the right health care to do with their bodies, sex, relationships and having children during COVID-19’.
