Palestine Humanitarian Emergency

UNFPA Palestine

Palestine remains in a state of acute crisis. Restrictions on mobility and strict import policies have created challenges for aid organisations and workers, who are unable to build the necessary infrastructure or provide the necessary equipment to fully address humanitarian needs. Focused on the most vulnerable Palestinian communities in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem, UNFPA works to strengthen sexual and reproductive health services, including emergency preparedness, response and the rehabilitation of damaged health facilities, and supports mechanisms to prevent and respond to gender-based violence.
