UNFPA Corporate Strategy for South-South and Triangular Cooperation

Resource date: 2017

UNFPA Corporate Strategy for South-South and Triangular Cooperation is a development tool used to mobilize knowledge, expertise, resources and evidence-based information throughout southern developing countries. By utilizing the evidence gained from successful initiatives in certain countries, this tool will allow UNFPA to facilitate the flow of information to be widespread with the goal of providing similar relief and successes to countries facing similar challenges. By retaining the principles of equality of partners, national ownership, and respect for sovereignty, these emerging southern economies will be encouraged to mutually invest in the programme to maintain benefits and continue the flow of knowledge and information.
