The third International Parliamentarians’ Conference on the Implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action (IPCI/ICPD) took place in Bangkok, Thailand, 21-22 November 2006, at the United Nations Conference Centre. Over 180 parliamentarians and ministers from about 103 countries attended. The organizers were: the Asian Forum of Parliamentarians on Population and Development (AFPPD) and UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund.
