This is a revised schedule for events of interest to NGOs attending the PrepCom. Updated schedules are published daily and should be available by 5:00 p.m. daily in the NGO Caucus Room on the 2nd Floor of the Church Center and in Room B at the UN. Information about how to schedule an event will be found in the "Important Logistical Information" flyer that was included in the registration packet. Requests for meeting must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. to be included in the following day’s schedule.

Consult the daily UN Journal, which will be available outside the meeting rooms in the UN and in the NGO Caucus Center, for location of and details about meetings of the CDP, the CDP acting as PrepCom, and other official UN groups.

Consult the glossary acronyms at the end of the schedule if you are uncertain of the meaning of any of the abbreviations used herein.

 In addition to the scheduled events, the NGO Caucus Center located on the 2nd floor of the Church Center (777 UN Plaza, 44th Street at First Avenue) will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. Thc caucus center will serve as a networking center for accredited NGO representatives and a central location for distribution of materials relevant to the PrepCom, as well as a large meeting room.
