The European LiaIson Offices

Partnership is the lever through which UNFPA is able to carry out its broad mandate. The UNFPA European Liaison Offices give the Fund extra leverage by strengthening relationships with crucial international, governmental and civil society partners in the region. These offices are strategically located in three key European cities. Their proximity to major UN partners in Europe, to the European Union institutions and to key supporters extends the Fund’s reach in these core areas: policy dialogue with stakeholders, representation at important meetings, advocacy and resource mobilization, and media relations and communication. more...
