Applying for Current Vacancies 

UNFPA’s online application management system, eRecruit, allows you to create a profile that can be updated regularly and submitted for more than one vacancy. Please read through the steps below and then click on the “Apply Online” button to your right. Please note that the Consultant Roster, Junior Professional Officer and Internships programmes have separate application processes.

Click on Register Now to create your username and password and to complete your basic profile information. If you are already registered, just log in. You don’t have to complete your profile again.

Find the vacancy in which you’re interested and click the Apply Now button.

Fill out the application form, saving your work as you go along by clicking the Save button. You may save your application at any point and return to it later. Please note that all sections of the form must be completed. If work history, education history, languages etc. are not filled in, we will not be able to consider your application.

When all sections are completed, press the Save and submit button. We will confirm receipt of application to all applicants who enter a working email address. Applicants who are under serious consideration will be informed by a separate communication.
