At the Youth Reproductive Health Center in the poor neighborhood of Grand Yoff in Dakar, 18 year old Ndeye Sane is learning to sew and has finished the first stage of primary school. The Center, managed by the IPPF affiliate ASBEF, is used regularly by nearly 200 girls who come for training, literacy education and reproductive health services.
